Back in April, I turned 50. What a mouthful!

So in this video, I share some of my health check experience in Ho Chi Minh City, then unpack parts of a survey that ranked Vietnam 8th out of 53 countries for expats to live in 2024.

If you’re thinking about coming to Vietnam to live and are worried about your health and the quality of life that awaits you, then this one is probably for you!
